Consensus forming Dialogue Practise

an Offsite event - Part of OccEd
...
Would you like to join us in learning more about how to create focus, listen and speak ‘The Circle Way’?
You are warmly invited to come along to the third part of this 3 part series of Intro Practise to a beautiful form of consensus conversation. The world is waking up to the paramount need of a truly empowering conversation. Only that way will everybody’s needs (= not wants!) be met.

As it is essential for the learning that everyone comes prepared, as well as in time, we courteously but firmly request that you book a place.
To book your place please register via the.seed.learning@gmail.com or call/text Ruth on 07818 061918

Session plan for the 2 hours 7pm – 9pm:

Practise round #1: Welcoming, intent setting and feedback from last week
Practise round #2: consensus conversation on the for this session agreed question:
How can we encourage more consensual communication inside the Camp and in the broader community?”
Practise round #3: Summing up our learning so far and establishing our next learning needs

3 Preparations required of all participants:

(A): recap what has been learned in session 1 and 2 (either via notes you can request, or by taking time to get briefed by other participants) and come ready to embrace the rules set so far
(B): formulate clearly first to yourself and then to all your intent for this session

If you have not been able to attend the first 2 sessions of this 3 part introduction you are still welcome to take part, if you come prepared as requested above, and if you are longing for better ways to engage in powerful conversations which can result in committed consensus for a better world. The key rests in our learning together.
